Hindu festivals are based on the Tithi (Lunar day) or Nakshatras (Lunar mansions), sometimes both the Tithes that is current at sunrise, is the Tithi at the end of the day for the given place (capital or major city) of the festivals.

This Calendar is based on BHASKAR PANCHANG 2010, which is prepared according to Hindu scriptures based on Easter Standard Time (EST).
